PREACHING OF ROGÉRIO MAGNO - We belong to the Lord

We belong to the Lord

In Name of Father + In Name of Son + and In Name of Holy Spirit. Amen.

1"But now hear, O Jacob my servant, Israel whom I have chosen. 2 Thus says the LORD who made you, who formed you from the womb and will help you: Fear not, O Jacob my servant, Jeshu'run whom I have chosen. 3 Because I will pour water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground. I will pour my Spirit upon your descendants and my blessing on your offspring. 4 They shall spring up like grass amid waters, like willows by flowing streams. 5 This one will say, `I am the LORD's,' another will call himself by the name of Jacob, and another will write on his hand, `The LORD's,' and surname himself by the name of Israel."
(Reading of the prophet Isaiah´s book, chapter 44, verses from the 1st until the 5th – Is 44, 1-5)

We belong to the Lord, how God says in His Word in the Holy Deed, in the Prophet Isaiah´s Book.
Only Jesus can save us. No one else.
25“When the disciples heard this they were greatly astonished, saying: "Who then can be saved?" 26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them: "To the men, this is impossible, but to God all things are possible."
(Reading of the Jesus´Gospel according to saint Matthew, chapter 19, verses from the 25th until the 26th - Mt 19, 25-26)

God, the Father Almight, gave us His Son to save us from the sin and He became one of us; He is a man like us, except the sin.
Jesus doesn´t have the original sin like we have. We have born with this sin. Through of our baptism, we belong to the divine affiliation. We make part of the God´s family.

1“And you he made alive, when you were dead through the trespasses and sins 2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience. 3 Among these we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, following the desires of body and mind, and so we were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us, 5 even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by His grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up with him, and made us sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 By grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not your own doing, it is the gift of God 9 not because of works, lest any man should boast. 10 We are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them”.
(Reading of the Saint Paul Apostle ´s First Letter to the Ephesians, chapter 1, verses from the 1st until the 10th - Ef 2, 1-10)

We were dead, like Jesus says in the Saint Paul Apostle´s Letter to the Ephesians. If we belong to the Lord, we will resurrect with Him. We will do workmanships bigger than that He did, because He is united to the Father and He send us the Holy Spirit.
We will receive the Holy Spirit, so we will do workmanships bigger than that He did.

12 "Truly, truly, I say to you, who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will do, because I go to the Father. 13 Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son; 14 if you ask anything in my name, I will do it”.
(Reading of the Jesus´s Gospel according to Saint John, chapter 14, verses from the 12th until the 14th – Jo 14, 12-14)
We must believe on Jesus. Because if we don´t believe, we will cannot do the workmanships that Jesus did and we are not in communion with Him. When we are in communion with the Lord, we can everything, because He is our force.
6 “If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin”.
(Reading of the Saint John´s First Letter, chapter 1, verses from the 6th until the 7th - 1Jo 1, 6-7)

Jesus is our Light. We cannot walk in the darkness and be true persons. Jesus says that the truth isn´t in us. If we belong to the Lord, He will purify us of the sin. We see more to the darkness than to the light. This is the truth.
Jesus says to us that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. And He says yet that He is the Light of the Life. How the president of the USA says : “Yes, we can”. “We can change the world by the force of the prayer” , conclude Father Jonas Abib. We must pray daily the Holy Rosary.
We can change the world with the Rosary´s prayer, to participate of the Holy Mass every Sundays with communion, to make fast, read and study the Bible and to confess before the Communion.
Our Lady had proposed us those five little stones to win definitively the devil.

The Five Little Stones Are The Followings :

The First Stone is the
Eucharistie´s Sacrament : The Eucharistie is the same Jesus of Nazareth alive, true and resurrected. It isn´t a symbolical presence of Jesus, but it´s His real presence. We don´t see Him, but we believe that He is truthly present in the force of His word. Jesus, it´s Himself, in truth, that says to us : “Take everybody and eat; this is My Body that will be delivered for you”. And after, taking the Chalice, He says to us : “Take everybody and drink; this is My Blood. The Blood of the New and Eternal Alliance that will be spilled for you and for everybody to the remission of Sins. Make this in Memory of Me”. The Church, that is conscious of a great mistery, oblige the celebrant to proclaim : “This is the mistery of our faith”. With the Eucharistie´s power, we can defend us from the Devil´s attacks with much easiness. The Eucharistie is the Salvation´s Sacrament.
Jesus invite us : “Make this in My Memory” and it´s by the force of those Words that we can celebrate the Eucharistie.

The Second Stone is the
Repentance Sacrament (Confession) : This is the Sacrament of the Reconciliation. The Sacrament of the Reconciliation isn´t a punishment, but the present of the Easter of Jesus resurrected. After the resurrection, Jesus appeared to His Apostles and He blew over them and He said : “receive the Holy Spirit. To Those to whom you forgive the sins, they will be forgiven; To Those to whom you don´t forgive the sins, they will be retained”. When is that a Priester cannot forgive a sin? The sin against the Holy Spirit is : the blame of repentance, because in the day of our baptism, Jesus made of us sons of God, Live temples of the Holy Spirit and heir of heaven. Since the day of our baptism, the Holy Spirit made residence in us like a temple.
When we assign a sin, He impels us to the repentance, help us, make us to fill a wisdom of guilty and a desire to ask for the forgiveness.
If the Person doesn´t wish to ask for the forgiveness, she will cannot be forgiven neither in this world nor in the other. However, it isn´t enough to confess the own sin to the Priester. It´s necessary to be sincerely repented to receive the absolution. So, Jesus tell us : “To Those to whom you forgive the sins, they will be forgiven; To Those to whom you don´t forgive the sins, they will be retained”.

The Third Stone is the
Reading and the Study of
The God´s Word : The God´s word is a word of light that make you going out from the darkness of the sin. This is the Truth´s word that we get rid of the lying from which Satan wants that we live. This is the word of life. The God´s word is the same Jesus that is the Eternal Verb of the Father that orientate us. Saint Paul says : “the faith comes from the God´s word and the preaching of her”. Reading the Bible, we feed our spiritual life with the word of God. Our Lady proposes us to read all Thursdays (the adoration´s day to the Holiness Sacrament, Eucharistic Jesus), the passage from the Sacred Deed : Jesus Christ´s Gospel according to Saint Matthew, chapter 6, verses from the 24th until the 34th . All Thursdays are the adoration´s day to the Eucharistic Jesus. All Thursdays we must read this passage.

The Forth Stone is the
Saint Rosary´s Recitation : It´s a beautiful pray. Through the meditation of the 20 mysteries, we have the opportunity to traverse all of Jesus´ Whole life and to contemplate His birthday, His public life, death and His resurrection. Meditating the mysteries of joy, we revive the joy of His birthday; in the mysteries of light, we revive the public life of Jesus; in the dolorous mysteries, we revive the road of how much Jesus has sufferred to our salvation; and the mysteries of glory, His triumph over the death and sin, thanks to which was opened the Heaven´s door.

The Fifth Stone is the Fast : The fast is a sacrifice, is a penitence that helps to grow in the humbleness and to fortify our will to resist the devil´s ambush. The fast is very important. The Virgin asks to the christians that make fast, to make it eating bread and drinking water on Fridays. The fast can be done in several ways. This implicates a privation. We can fast with the eyes, avoiding things that we can´t have; with the mouth, avoiding to say words that offend our brothers.
At last, we can fast eating less that we wish.
The fast purify us and fortify us.

Those “five little stones”, Mary gave to us to help to be stronger in our spiritual life and to win definitively the devil. In this same way that David has won Golias, thanks to the 5 little stones. So, Our Lady teach us to win satan, that is the Golias of our spiritual life. All those things we can make, if we belong to the Lord.
My dear brothers and sisters, let´s stay with Jesus and we will have all that we want, in agreement wirh His Will. Let´s trust on Him and forsake in Him blindly.
